The PIK Customs Agency will process your data in order to:

  1. conclusion of contracts and services in the scope of our services/performance of contracts/
  2. issuing invoices, pursuing claims/legitimate legitimate interest/

  1. duration of the contract, orders
  2. storage time of data resulting from other regulations /tax,customs/

YOUR RIGHTS

You can:

  1. submit a request for access to data and a copy thereof
  2. rectification or deletion of data, or transfer, and lodge a complaint with PRESIDENT OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION OFFICE if your rights are violated

YOUR DATA MAY BE TRANSFERRED

  1. We can transfer your data with all security guarantees to other entities related to the execution of your orders, e.g. / National Tax Administration
